Yes, finding a life coach with help you align your life in all areas. Once you discover who you are inside the idea is to make your outside world compliment it. A life purpose coach will help you discover what your values are, and will teach you how to live your life according to those values. This will bring you happiness and perhaps a new career too. – Jason

Coaches have a unique ability to see the necessary tools and skills one would need to effect positive change in their tomorrows. They are so different than therapists because they aren’t figuring out why something happened as opposed to helping you to do things differently with more success. Stretch yourself and give it a chance.

I need to find more out about myself, learn how to get more from life and to find a career that i can be happy with? Is a life coach the way?
i’m not sure exactly what i want to do or how i want to do it,
i feel like i’m stuck and that i’m just going through the motions of life and not actually living it, any advice?
